Unique Matcha for baking blended with Chlorella (natural algae, like Spirulina) to retain the vivid green colour that can often be lost when normal matcha is exposed to high heats. Perfect for baking wonderful cakes and desserts. We use this in all our matcha desserts at Tombo Café and also supply multiple café/patisseries with this unique blend. Simply add 1-2 teaspoons (depending on how strong a flavour you want) to your cake/dessert recipes.

Storage: Matcha is extremely sensitive to light and heat. Keep in an airtight tin in the fridge. Once opened store in a airtight container and store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
